I'm a licensed Professional Counselor serving adults in Colorado and Texas. My work focuses on addiction recovery, relationships (romantic and familial), and major life transitions (aging, divorce, prenatal/postpartum), and trauma. I have a heart for guiding clients towards solutions and healing. My therapy approach is friendly but direct. I desire to help you identify solutions to the patterns in your life that may be keeping you mentally stuck or emotionally depleted.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a research-backed therapy that helps people process and heal from distressing experiences. For clients, this means we can work together to reduce emotional overwhelm, shift unhelpful beliefs, and support lasting relief—without needing to relive every detail of the past.

I specialize in addiction and recovery with an emphasis on maintaining long-term sobriety by addressing underlying issues that led to addictive behaviors in the first place.
I also see family members of addicts and recognize the weight of hopelessness that watching your loved one suffer brings.
Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected—in their relationships with family, romantic partners, or themselves. Old family patterns, communication breakdowns, or a lack of self-compassion can leave us feeling stuck and overwhelmed.
These struggles often overlap. When we’re unsure how to set boundaries with loved ones, or feel lost in our own identity, it can affect every area of our lives.
I create a space that allows us to explore these patterns, reconnect with self, and begin building healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
What is Cognitive behavioral therapy or "CBT"? It is a type of talk therapy that identifies the fact that our thoughts can affect our feelings which can affect our behaviors. Allow me to assist you in identifying roadblocks in your thinking that are holding you back from feeling your best self.
Motivational interviewing is a talk therapy approach that allows you to break the thought loop that you may get stuck in on your own. We use this strategy to guide you in fully understanding yourself, and building the confidence necessary to change.
